• • Up to 2 % of the company's worldwide sales for breaches such as the absence of a data processing register, failure to announce a detected breach, failure to carry out a privacy impact assessment (in the case of sensitive data), etc.

• • Up to 4 % of worldwide sales, notably in the event of refusal to comply with CNIL injunctions, illegal data processing, lack of consent, failure to respect individual rights, etc.

In addition, any person affected by a breach of their personal data by the data controller and/or its subcontractor, and who has suffered material or non-material damage as a result of this breach, may obtain compensation for their loss, notably in the form of damages. In the event of a CNIL inspection, you must be able to guarantee the protection of personal data and demonstrate the measures taken to this end.
