All requests must specify, in the subject line, the reason for the request (exercise of the right of access, opposition, etc.). The request must also be accompanied by proof of the applicant's identity and address. to which the reply must be sent. 

MDS will respond within a maximum of one (1) month from the date of receipt of your request. However, this deadline may be extended by a further two (2) months due to the complexity and number of of requests. 

If, after contacting MDS, you feel that your rights with regard to data processing, files and liberties have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL.
