When you connect to our website, My Data Solution (hereinafter “MDS”) may install various cookies on your terminal. To ensure, for you, the transparency of the personal data that we collect and process, we explain to you, through this cookie policy, what a cookie is, what types of cookies are used, for what purpose, who are the recipients of the data thus collected and what means are available to you to manage these cookies.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file stored on the hard drive of an Internet user’s terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when viewing a website, an advertisement, reading an email, installing or using software or a mobile application, regardless of the type of terminal used. When you connect to a website or browse a mobile application, a cookie may be transmitted to your browser by the site or application consulted. Your web browser will store it for a certain period of time, and send it back to the web server each time you connect.

What cookies are used?

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the website. They cannot be deactivated by default. The data collected by these cookies is retained for the duration of your session.

How to exercise your GDPR rights?

In accordance with, and within the limits of, applicable legal provisions, you have the right to access data concerning you or to request its erasure. You also have a right of opposition, a right of rectification, a right to limit the processing of your data, a right to portability of your data as well as the right to define directives relating to the fate of your personal data after your death. Any request must specify, in the subject, the reason for the request (exercise of the right of access, opposition, etc.). The request must also be accompanied by any element to prove the identity of the requester and specify the address to which the response must be sent.

MDS will send you its response within a maximum of one (1) month, from the date of receipt of your request. This deadline may, however, be extended by two (2) additional months due to the complexity and number of requests.

If you believe, after contacting MDS, that your IT and Liberties rights are not respected, you can send a complaint to the CNIL.
